1995 Chevy Astro fuel pump

i changed the fuel pump and got the car running it stated three times with now problem when i tightened the straps up that support the tank i pinched both vacum lines i lowered the straps but the van wont start

Sounds like you crushed the fuel lines. There is only one vacuum line, the other lines are fuel feed and fuel return.
