I have no heat or air it doesn't blow no matter hot or cold

OK, I take it you mean that the fan is not working.... to blow the heat or a/c into the vehicle.
If that is the case it is most likely the Blower Motor Resistor..... It is located in the duct work under the passenger dash and looks like this....
