Take the white plastic cap off of the window motor and be careful to catch the brushes and springs and the motor shaft rotor, solder a bridge across the temperature switch (which looks like black scotch tape sandwiched between 2 brass tines, reassemble the brushes and springs upside down in a bench vice and stuff the whole thing back into the window motor as one piece and they will work forever.
