Hello, I am noticing a groaning sound when I turn and I understand it could be low power steering fluid, but I am wondering where I put it in? (The car is new to me). Also where does the brake fluid go and how much should I put in (if it needs it)?

The brake fluid goes in the master cylender. It's on the driver's side of the firewall. You will see a mark on it that says "Full". As far as the PS, the fluid goes in the PS pump. It is (I believe) on the left side of the front of the engine. It will be one of the accessories run by the belt.
