The van backfired once and I lost the front 2 cylinders on the pasenger side it has a new module and spark at the distributer

Welcome to the forum, TBI fuel injection? Can you see injectors spray pattern, engine cranking? If your saying there is spark at the coil wire and no spark at plugs, I suspect the cap or rotor. The rotor does turn, when engine is cranked?
