1993 Chevy Astro V6 Two Wheel Drive Automatic 15900 miles

the van died while driving and now everytime we put a fuse in the fuse blows could that be a sing of the brain box is bad and can you tell me where the brain box is located

check under passenger side dash.
sounds more like electrical than computer.
