Engine oil is gushing from the top of the front transfer case. I have checked the fittings to/from the oil cooler in the radiator and they are tight. I cannot see well enough to determine if one of the oil lines is the source of the leak. I have put my hand up around those lines and they do not feel rough like they might have been rubbing against something. Upon engine start, it takes about two to three seconds before the oil starts to run down the side of the case.

Any suggestions?

Hi there,

Thank you for the donation,

I would be getting the transmission washed down on a hoist and then run the engine and watch it with a strong torch and a mirror, no use second guessing these problems, we need to be able to see exactly where the leak is coming from first.
