1992 Chevy Astro I need to know what is the problem

HI, my name is Jairo and I just bought a 1992 chevy astro. First of all when I turn it on it seems like is accelerated. Second when I put it on drive it shakes and when I am driving it throws strong mixed fumes. also when it's on drive shift and is parked it does like it wants to turn off but it doesn't.

Can you please tell me what could be the symptoms? And thank you for your help.

Has the check engine light come on? Also, have you checked for vacuum leaks? Finally, is this the 4.3L V6 and not a 4 cylender?
