1992 Chevy Astro back doors wont open

I have a problem with the back left door on my astro van it opened one day and then did not the next and i cant seem to get it to open ! the right side still opens fine !
I have someone that wants to buy it but dont want to if its an expensive fix hpow much am I lookin at to to fix it ?

You need to remove the innder door panel to check it. Chances are the linkage came apart.
