1991 Chevy Astro There is no power getting to the fuel pump

There is no power getting to the fuel pump. I have been unable to locate a wiring schematic, or ascertain where it gets its power from....?

All you got is 2secs when the key is in On position to look for power at the fuel pump connector before the fuel pump relay de-energizes. Note: The computer energizes the relay.
