This van will not idle, and keeps stalling. When you give it gas it seems to rev in park but once you let off the gas it dies. When driving, it does not want to accellerate very quick and runs VERY sluggish and when you come to a stop it wants to die. I have change the fuel filter, map sensor, throttle position sensor, throttle body and the plugs and wires

Check fuel pressure with a mechanical gauge, you may also have a malfunctioning EGR system, which will cause stalling and sluggish performance.
Did you clean the IAC valve when you had the TB off? Is the ECM throwing any codes?

If equipped with distributor, check timing and check spark output if equipped with coil paks.
