Hello! My belt won't stay on, but I think it's because the power steering pump is missing. I think I want to know how to install the mount which the pump attaches to. So. What do I do?

Looking more closely, it's the bolts which hold the pump in place. And the fact that they're broken. So I need to Eazy-Out them. The problem now is that the bracket which holds the whole thing, that is held on by those bolts, is in the way of getting my drill in line. So. How do I get the Power Steering Pump Mounting Bracket out of the way, to access the lower mounting bolts?
