1989 Chevy Astro not getting up to speed

when i am merging onto the hw i am not getting up to speed without my van glugging out. when i does get to speed it will occasionally glug out, but until i reach i hill its fine. when i am going up a hill i glug out and have to floor my vechicle for it to reach the min speed limit. please help if youcan. so far i have changed my fuel filter, spark plugs, air filter, cap and roator, my catistic convertor, please help....

hello ,welldid you have someone check the distributor timing?if the timing moved it can cause that.check all vaccume hoses on throtle body for cuts disconnections or to soft.check all sensors for disconnections.also possible the egr valve is stuck.and last is the oxygen sensors.make sure all transmission sensors are connected.start with timing and go from there.hard to tell u without seeing the van but these r the basics to start off.if u wanna save money to check all theses u can go to a junkyard and get parts there just to see what might be ur problem .good luck.pm me if u like
