1987 Chevy Astro Engine loses power and misses

After driving and engine warms up I am losing power and it misses I have checked for codes I have a 13 42 44 plugs cap rotor and 02 sensor have been replaced bumper was black like it was running rich im wondering were too go next

Check and test below

Running rich:

1. Fuel pressure not within specs. Can be cause by restricted fuel return line or defective fuel pressure regulator.
2. Leaking injectors.
3. Coolant temperature sensor out of calibration.
4. Restricted air intake system.
