What do you think of the distance the clutch is traveling in the video of the concentric cylinder?

Yep, seems to be working correctly, is it not disengaging? You could have the disc in backwards which is common, here is guide and video to help:
Please upload pictures or videos in your response to the problem so we can see what's going on.

The dampening springs will hit if it is in backwards. I was able to get it into gear after removing the master cylinder and tilting it. But it takes a lot of effort to get into gear. Now my attention has turned towards the transmission and maybe it is bad.
Thanks for your advice!

You could have a bent disc or a bad/dry pilot bearing, please go over the guide I posted in the last response. Does it go into gear when the engine is off? If so the transmission is okay.

Okay, I am watching it now. I did not replace the pilot bearing. I did not clean the flywheel with brake cleaner. I can barely get into gear, but engagement works good. It shifts just as lousy as it did before i put in a new clutch. Everything else I did properly.

Yep, you need the pilot bearing and you may have bent the clutch disc, when you say shifts lousy do you mean it is hard to shift or? Also does it shift okay when the engine is off? Please upload a video in your response of any problems so we can see what to help you with.

It shifts okay when not running. When I bought it , the truck would not go into first gear easily while running. But it would easily go into gear when I rolled slowly forward. Now it’s worse with the new clutch . It’s hard to shift through the gears when running. It does not go into reverse easily when running .
Thanks!
