Check Engine , Traction Control, Stabilitrak Lights on

I retrieved the code P0121 so I removed the throttle body and cleaned it and reset everything and the check engine light went off. The next morning the light was on and I had a message telling me to service the traction control and StabiliTrak. When driving it shifts somewhat hard. When I move from park to drive it jerks real hard.
