Check engine light on with codes

Check engine light just came on with Codes P0430, P0706, & P0401.
Prior owner said had Tranny rebuilt 2 years ago. Car runs great. I noticed that car has a slight jump when shifting. No other problems as of yet.
How do I know which code is the problem or if it could be all 3?

code 430 is a converter/O2 sensor problem the 706 is a tranny problem401 is the eger problem so it could be partially clogged or egr valve not working. the tranny problem a atrans guy should look at it.

I'm not seeing a p0430 as a relevant dtc for this model. P0401 is most likely the egr ports clogged with carbon. The p0706 is for the transmission range switch. Make sure they didn't leave that connector loose.
