Used diagnostic tool and got the following DTC codes:

For the 106 codes check for a damaged or improperly routed vacuum hose or a damaged hose or disconnected. For the 135 code check for wiring damage to O2 sensor on manifold as it is first O2. Also, check for blown fuses under hood if you replace a fuse and it blows again it may be a short in O2 or wiring. Use a test light or volt meter to test fuses.
