Check engine light flashing and idling rough

Car had rough idle and misfiring. Changed plugs and gaskets, oxygen sensor and catalytic converters. Still running bad. Had someone run a scan on it he said ECM needed replaced. Replaced ECM with a plug and play. Car starts up but still has rough idle. Drove it and drives good but check engine light is flashing intermittently. Any advice

Many things can cause rough running, and misfiring, to narrow down our problem send us the fault code, for proper troubleshooting.
