I have had a tuneup, changed acuater rod bushings, had all the upper intake manifold seals replaced, and egr valve yesterday the DPFE sensor was replaced along with the PCV. The code coming up last 3 times walight from going s p0401. What else should my shop do to keep checking engine light from going off same day or next day after doing repairs. I wonder if they did not check the EGR valve tube for blockage? Are there other vaccum hoses that can cause this problem. I bought a mass air flow sensor just in case it needs replacing. It seems that just relapsing parts has not helped. Please give me an idea to share with my mechanics at AAMCO transmission
