Dealership replaced compressor on ac. Took car home and 2 days later check egine light came on and car barely would move. Had car towed to dealership and ran diagnostic test and could find nothing wrong. They reset codes and car ran fine for a day. Last night I go out and start car and it would barely move. No rpms. Nothing. Restarted car and it ran fine except engine light stays on. The same thing happened this morning. Called dealership and am taking it in again. Never had a problem until they fixed ac. Engine and transmission are fine.

The check engine light is on because the computer has detected a problem with the engine or transmission or one of the sensor that monitors the system. This video and guide will help us find out what's going on.

That's an issue with the electronic "drive by wire" throttle system. this guide can fix it.
