Check engine light code p2099

Hi everyone! My SUV has code (p2099 ). The check engine light is sometimes off and sometimes on. anyone have this kind problem before? please help me out! Thank you lots!

if you have an aftermarket air filter like a K&N or one of those types can cause or modified the exhaust can cause it as well. If aftermarket air filter clean but do not put so much oil in it and look for air leaks prior to system. Also, if O2 sensor replaced put a Delco in it. see picture.
