Check engine light code (misfire)

Read a code for misfire. Replaced spark plugs, coil packs, 02 sensors, and valve cover gasket. Then I cleared the code. Code came back and now computer is unable to connect to my car. Literally says can't connect error.

This could be a couple things. Here is a guide that will get us started:

However, we really need to see what the o2 sensors are reading to see if they are rich or lean. This will tell us what the issue could be. So I would suggest stopping by a parts store and see if their tool can communicate with it. This may be an issue with your tool or a greater issue.

Then we need to run a compression check and swap the injector that is on the cylinder that is misfiring to another cylinder and see if the misfire moves to this cylinder.
