I have a 2012 camry hybrid with 45,000 miles on it. 3 weeks ago I hit a metal post hard which caused a 6 inch crack on the lower driver side of the bumper. The next day the check engine light came on and so did the tire pressure light. I took the car to 3 different mechanics and all can not find any mechanical issues with it, they reset the light and send me on my way 3 hours later the light comes on. I am going crazy! I finally found another mechanic that claims the evaporator or sensor was damaged because of the small hit on the bumper. Can this be possible?

Certainly not the evaporator because that is behind the dash. You'll have to be more specific about what sensors you are referring to.
