Check engine light does not turn on?

Went to smog it everything passed but my check engine light doesn't come on.

Hi,

Chances are the bulb is bad or loose. To access the bulb, you need to remove the cluster and take it apart. If you look at the attachments below, they explain specifically how it's done.
