The last few times I put gas in my car the check engine light came on. I replaced the cap. It went off for a while now it's back on. What could be causing this? Thank you.

Can you please pull the Direct Trouble Code [DTC][s] for us with a code reader. Here is a link below explaining how to do this, if needed:
