Please tell me how many times do you change out the DSI and the thermostat and coolant temperature sensor I have the vehicle listed above 95ser 2.3T. She has 189,000 miles on her and I regularly get the her serviced. For the pass three years I have had to replace this same part mostly in the winter time. Please help. Thanks

Normally you might change those parts once through the life of the vehicle. If they are actually failing that often there is probably another problem causing their failure. Something like a bad engine ground or wiring fault causing issues in the system.
Do you get to see the "bad" parts or have a picture of them so we could see how they failed?

What is the actual code are they getting, not their translation? Where have you been buying the parts?
