My car was having some hesitation at mid to high speed. I eventually had a check engine light come on and then shut back off. I had the code read and it was a cylinder number five misfire. I replaced the coil pack to the number five cylinder. Took it on a short test run, ran fine. Started it up an hour later and check engine light came on EPC light came on and engine running real rough.

Have you got the newest code(s) pulled yet? If not, you can try opening up the hood and looking for obvious things. Start with checking your work on that coil that you already changed (could be a loose connection or something). After that, check the other cylinders/coils. Let us know.

I have not had the newest code pulled yet. I am going to do that tomorrow morning. I will also double check my work. Was just seeing if there was anything else I should be looking for. Will update when I get the new codes.
