Check engine light, when I put car in drive from reverse it like jerks

When I put my car in drive from reverse it like jerks I just go and oil change I was thinking it could need a tuneup but I’m not sure?

Hello,

This could be a transmission filter issue. You said your Malfunction Indicator Lamp(MIL) or "check engine" light was on. Can you tell me what the Direct Trouble Code(DTC) or "code" is?
