A/F sensor bank 1, sensor 1 was bad?

Check engine light came on. OBD at O'Reiley's said A/F sensor bank 1, sensor 1 was bad. Sensor was siezed up so unable to remove and had to replace manifold with new headers and new A/F sensor. Check engine light was off but came on again after driving for only 1 day. What should I do next?

Did you clear the codes once the job was complete? Also, here is the location of the sensor to help make sure you replaced the correct one which is on the passenger side. Check out the images (below). Please let us know what you find.
