Check engine light

I have a check engine light on and the code(s) are
POO38
HO2 Heater conto1
Circuit High bank 1
Sensor 2

Any idea what this mean and what do I need to change to fix it?

Most likely the o2 sensor by your cat is bad. The heater element probably burn out. You could use a multi meter to test the heater in the o2 sensor do you have one?I have also seen open terminals on the harness side of the o2 sensor set codes as well
