I am pulling these two codes P0700 and the P0741 Torque Converter clutch circuit performance or stuck off.

the truck shifts like a dream - I am wondering if the problem could be a sensor?

What to check next

Diagnostic guidance. Suggested checks and possible repairs are separate from the owner's reported results.

Identify the transmission and obtain its diagnostic procedure. Have the transmission faults and relevant commanded-versus-actual operating data evaluated before selecting a solenoid, converter or internal repair.

These trucks had an issue after a few mile like you have as the TCC control solenoid going out and needing to be replaced. This will not effect the transmission shifting.

P0700 - Transmission Control System Request (this is a flag, not a failure)
P0741 - Torque Converter Clutch (TCC) circuit performance / stuck OFF

When you remove the transmission pan it will be the solenoid that has the blk/tan wire going to it. Replace it and then clear the codes, that should fix the problem.
