Check engine light

My car has a check engine light and the overdrive is always flashing it causes a lot of troubles for the transmission. obd2 always gave a stored codes like ckp and cmp codes.

It sounds like you could have a a timing belt that is off one tooth. How does the engine power seem and what are the codes?
