The code is somewhat generic in content. Basically, there is high voltage to bank once sensor 3. When the voltage from the sensor is extremely high, that indicates a rich fuel condition (air/fuel mixture). Now, since you replaced the sensors already, we need to move on.
There are two things I want to start with. First, if you have a live data scanner, I need to know two things. First, what is the short term fuel trims (STFT) and I also want you to check the engine coolant temp sensor reading. You need a scanner to do it or we need to remove the sensor and check resistance.
Let me know if that is something you can do. I am questioning if there is a short to power or there is a rich fuel mixture related issue on bank 1 which could be the result of a high fuel pressure issue (pressure regulator failure) or even a leaking injector.
