Where is the EGR valve located?

Can't find EGR valve. when I rev the engine, the RPMs do not go past the number 4. What's seems to be the problem?

The engine won't rev in neutral as a safety fail stop. The 2011 Kia Optima L4-2.0L Turbo does not have an Exhaust Gas Recirculation (EGR) valve. What problem are you having?
