Reduce power indication check engine codes P0019/P0089/P228D?

Car not running good reduce power indication check engine code P0019/P0089/P228D I have already changed oil and oil filter. Also, the VVT sensors.

What happens on these is the camshaft actuator valves get clogged up with little metal flakes and gunk, I would remove the valves and inspect and clean then reinstall. Here are the locations. There are four of them. Check out the diagrams (below). Let us know what happens and please upload pictures or videos of the problem.

Okay, this just leave the actuator themselves, how does the engine sound when idling? Does the front of the engine make noise? Can you please shoot a quick video with your phone so I can hear the noise? That way I can tell for sure what's going on. You can upload it here with your response. I want to see if the timing chains or guides are worn to the point of replacement. If you remove the engine front you can see if there are any worn parts and replace the camshaft actuators, the instructions are below.
