Both of those codes indicate that the Power-train Control Module cannot talk with some of the modules in the car. It is a pretty common code but it can be hard to track down at times. If you have access to or know a shop with a factory level scan tool they can go into the special functions and see which modules are/are not able to connect to the PCM.
The fix that gets tried first is to disconnect the battery, clean the connections and while it is disconnected you unplug/plug in each "bad" module to "clean" the pins. Then reconnect the battery and test it out. 90% of the time that does the trick. The other 10 percent you have a bad control module that will need to be replaced before the system works properly. In your case I would do the disconnect and clean and re-seat the connectors on the transmission and check for wiring damage as well.
