So my truck battery won't charge. I have replaced battery, alternator checked grounds, added grounds still can't get battery to get a charge.

Check all fuses/fusable links. Use a multimeter to check voltage at the battery and the voltage at the alternator. If it is 13-14 volts at the alternator, but only 10-12 at the battery then you know there is a connection issue between the two.

Yea it is a little less between the 2 but I can't figure out why I ran a new wire from alt to battery and that didn't help anything. I believe its the gauges. But there is also a battery fuse which has no power going to it. And I recently had battery to starter wire arc out and touch metal and melt wire and kill old battery ever since I have had charging issue it seems like battery connects to start the truck then when truck is running alt is running everything on truck but not charging battery because when I shut down the truck it has same power it did before engine started

Sounds like you know the issue. You need to trace that write to that fuse and see where it failed.

That is a system fuse, are all the fuses in the fuse box that need to be? Sounds like you have one missing
