Have you tried anything or had it scanned for codes? Is the check engine light on? There are many reasons it might stop charging. Most will store codes to give you an idea of the problem. Has the car been jump started recently? Is the battery the original one or recently changed?

Here is a guide to help you get the codes. It sounds like you may need to reset the battery monitors.
