After only driving five miles the battery goes dead

Alternator is good, battery is hot. but I can only go about 5 miles and it drains the battery completely dead. what could it be?

Let's do this testing.
Report back with the battery voltage vs. the alternator voltage (Both being checked at the positive and negative battery terminals)
