I have put a new battery, altornator and voltage regulator when I test the voltage at the battery when the car is running I only have 11.5V. Any ideas?

CLEAN THE CONTACTS ON THE VOLTAGE REGULATOR REAL GOOD (WIRE BRUSH/ SANDPAPER), YOU MIGHT EVEN "TWEAK" THEM A LITTLE SO THAT THEY HAVE A "PRESSURE" AS THEY CONTACT THE OTHER SIDE..........CAN'T GO WRONG USING A LITTLE DIELECTRIC GREASE!
