charging failure indicated

removed alternator and bench tested by two automotive shops. Replaced battery as directed. Car runs for two minutes then charge failure lights come on. What is the solution to fix charging problem. All cable wiring is correct and tested.

Check the crank pulley damper if equipped. A bad damper would result in alternator turning at lower speed than the engine. Visually note the alternator turning speed to see if it is turning very slow.
