How to change time on dash cluster after installing an aftermarket radio?

Installed an aftermarket radio. To my knowledge the only way to reset the clock on the dash is i the stock radios settings. Is there another way to set it without having to put the stock radio back in every time?

I believe that is the only method short of using a scan tool that can talk to the body control module, but even that may require the audio module to be installed to communicate with the clock.
