Hello,
I have attached the procedure below.
This should use 10.75 quart of fluid as the total capacity.
The fluid is Nissan Matic Fluid J.
Is this a 5 or 7 speed automatic?
You might need a fluid pump to do the change on the 7 speed.

Not sure if 5 or 7 speed.

If it has the manual selector lever, see what is the highest gear it allows you to engage. Typically, there is a display showing the gear. You will have to drive it to go through the gears though.

It gies up to 5. Can i use the matic-s? Instead if j?

Yes. On the 5 speed automatic it is the Nissan Matic S.
