Hello, I'm Danny.
You will need to remove the headlamp assembly to gain access to the turn signal bulb. Here is a tutorial showing how to change a bulb:

I've attached picture steps below on how to remove and replace the headlamp assembly and turn signal bulb. Hope this helps and thanks for using 2CarPros.
