Changed serpentine belt now car is acting weird

Car ran fine. After replacing serpentine belt I started car and needed to give it gas to start, idles okay. I have no dash lights, speedometer, tachometer, turn signals, wipers, power windows or locks,. When you try to drive it it feels like it's in fourth gear.
