Car showed error in immobilizer so I change it with a new key barrel. Now it shows error key need a new id. If I replace my CPU with the car CPU will it live? Do I have to reprogram it?

Welcome to 2CarPros.
It will need to be programmed with the new key information. Changing the ECM will not change that as the key information is stored in multiple areas and all must match for the system to turn off and the engine to run. What was the fault code it showed for the immobilizer? It could be that even with the new keys it still will not run depending on what the problem is at it may be in the immobilizer circuits and not the ignition cylinder itself.

That error means it is not reading the key correctly. Either it needs to be reprogrammed into the system, likely as you replaced the key barrel and have different keys. Or the key reading module is bad. I would bet it's the keys though.
