I changed IAC. Car still idles up and down. Should I change the PVC and where is it located on my engine?

You need to check real carefully for any vacuum leaks and then I would scrub out the inside of the throttle body and throttle plate.

Where is what located. You have to know where the throttle body and throttle plate is. You just changed the IAC.
