Put in a brand new battery, brand new starter, brand new ignition switch, brand new neutral safety switch, tune up, has gas in the car, and will not crank over in a stationary position. It is a manual and it push starts in the first gear at a good amount of speed. Just will not turn on sitting still. The lights and everything comes on and I hear the fuel pump when I turn it on but will absolutely not crank over at all.

Good afternoon,

I attached a wiring diagram for you to view. I need you to go to the relay for the starter and check for voltage with the key on at terminal 30. You will need a test light r voltmeter to check this.

Then, put your car in neutral and jump pins 30 and 87 and see if the starter cranks. That will tell me the wiring to the starter is good.

Start there.
