Changed acceleration pedal

My car driving along fine then check engine came on and lose pedal, turned off turned back on worked fine. Then replaced acceleration pedal sensor worked great for 3 days, then (with new part on) then did it again. What else could it be no other symptoms

Hook it to a factory level scan tool and see what it says. It could be a bad wire, connector, or a problem on the throttle body or it's wiring. With a scan tool to watch the system and identify the actual problem it would be faster and cheaper.
